Adult: £46 per person Icludes 1 glass of rum punch.
All events 7.30pm – 1.00am

Whole jerk salmon, poached salmon, selection of seafood including crabmeat and a variety of prawns

Choice of two Caribbean soups of the day

Roast loin of pork with all its accompaniments
Roast turkey breast with all the trimmings
Rice and peas, plain rice, macaroni pie, fried plantain and vegetable Creole
